  I love this gym. All the staff are personable and friendly especially the manager Dave. Dave remembers everybody's name and really does go the extra mile to make his customers feel welcome. On my first day there I asked him if he could just recommend a few machines I should start on as I was completely clueless. He then dropped what he was doing and not only did he show me the machines I should start on, but went through technique and form with me and was very accommodating. It felt like a PT session but for free. I really appreciated Dave doing that.
  Apart from the great staff and customer service, the gym is well equipped with everything I need. Layout is great, plenty of space. Not overcrowded at any time. At one point I left Premier to join Crunch as I was attracted to the deal Crunch was offering but I quickly realised how inferior Crunch is to Premier so I came back quick smart and I'm here to stay.

  Beware.. Sneaky sales..
  Did the 5 weeks for $35 trial.. Little did I realise until they put a contract under your nose that they will charge you three months worth of a membership after the 5 weeks is up to make it "worth their while."
  On top of that you're also charged a fee for using their chosen third party payment system and if the payment bounces due to insufficient funds in the nominated account, you'll be charged an extra $15 every time it bounces!!! Extortionate. Plus you have no idea when they will try to deduct the payment again, so guess what, there goes another $15 bounce fee, and another..! Go find a new payment system there are thousands to choose from! I've joined many gyms that will not have any strings attached to do a 5 for $35 trial and only charge a few dollars if payment bounces but not $15 - this is just out of order.
  
  In addition, their website says the creche can take babies however after doing a tour I found it wasn't set up for that, the only thing they have for are bouncers and hard toys which aren't suitable for babies under 8 months or so. Looks great fun for older kids though.
  
  The gym is dated as it's been open for a long time however they have a lot of equipment and space. If you're into group fitness, the body attack instructor is brilliant and the room is really large which is great. No need to book any classes either which is a plus.
  
  People in the group fitness classes are super friendly as are the staff. Parking is super easy as well.

  Great gym with lots of good equipment, the classes are super nice (especially the Sunday morning 10.15am yoga, the teacher is amazing)
  Really clean environment and all the staff are so kind and friendly :)

  I've been coming here for 16 years and I love it! The trainers and staff are amazing, there is always loads of equipment and the HIIT classes are the best!
