  We chose Robyn as she was knowledgeable and unassuming..she quietly went about her business without any fanfare...had her finger on the pulse at all times and even in the covid period managed to get us a good result. I would not hesitate to recommend Robyn.

  Robyn and her team at One Agency Hazlett & Poole managed my rental property for over 8 years. During this time Robyn’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry was invaluable. There were several changes in tenants during the years and she always selected reliable tenants. If there was a maintenance issue in the unit, Robyn gave excellent advice and helped manage repairs to a successful resolution. She was cheerful and well humored to communicate with and I am very grateful for the help I received from the team.

  Pleasure to deal with Robyn! She has assisted me and been so lovely throughout my moving process along with Guy showing the property who was also fantastic! Hopefully won't have to move anytime soon but if I do, I'd love this agency to help.

  My wife and I attended an open inspection scheduled between 10:45 am to 11:15 am yesterday on 8 May 2021 in Belrose, NSW. The auction was scheduled at 11:15 am.
  
  When we arrived at door at 10:55 am, someone called Guy stopped us saying you can’t come in if you are not going to register for auction due to Covid. This unusual policy was not specified on their property advertisement.
  
  I am not surprised the auction passed in since the viewing of the property was restricted, less cleaning arrangement for the property perhaps? I feel sorry for the owner overseas that the agent didn’t act in the best interest of the owner. It definitely limited potential buyers before and after the auction. His behavior would definitely stop potential vendors from selecting them as an agent.
  
  We are fully aware of the COVID situation. We attended another 6 properties on the same day in the area, including 3 auctions which were all 100% successful. We were all welcomed to inspect the properties. All the other agents left hand sanitizer at the door, limiting 20 people inside while others were queuing outside. I am impressed some agents even put new masks at the door.

  One Agency Allambie has been managing my rental property at Freshwater for many years, I have found Robyn to have a wealth of knowledge with her experience in the industry. I find Robyn , Guy and Kirsty to be easy to talk to and very helpful. They have maintained tenancy never vacant with quality tenant.
