- jayjay wallen Added February 20, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I saw Dr Florencia today. She was amazing and did a great job ill definately be back for more treatment. The receptionist was awesome and very imformative to myself and also another new patient who was seeing another dentist . She explained their policy and services very clearly and i was shocked that i havent found no gaps earlier!!!! The only downfall of my visit would be the behaviour of the two nurses who had been carrying on like little kids. Hitting and pushing eachother around from one room to the other. Very loud giggles and jokes that i could barely here the receptionist explain my receipt and payment. I did see the receptionist close the room and ask them to quiet down but that did not stop them. Its very upsetting that such a beautiful clinic with perfect customer service and dentists be let down by unproffesional nurses.
