The 8 week challenge has been a great test too but fully supported by trainers and other members. All in all, the atmosphere is welcoming, energetic and fun. Always a great way to start the day ! Thanks Kendra and the team at F45 Brookvale.

Trainers are tough with lots of encouragement, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, what a great way to start the day in the northern suburbs! Thanks to the team at F45 Brookvale.

Trainers are all fantastic and have met lots of great people there too. A very fun way to keep up with my health and fitness, would highly recommend giving it a go!!!

I can honestly say I have had a fantastic time and have seen some good results. The staff are extremely dedicated, helpful and friendly. Each training session is different, exciting and motivating. The first class of the day starts at 5.15am which I'd great for those who start work early. No issues at all with recommending F45.
