  Restaurant doesn't provide bins. I noticed my neighbourhood was littered with their takeaway cups.
  I asked the owner to put a bin in so his name wasn't dragged through the gutter. He was incredibly rude and said it was the councils responsibility to put in a bin.
  
  This response is trash.
  Owner made completely aware of bin situation and his reaction to my request was to talk to the council about providing his business with a bin.
  Absolute rubbish. Puns intended.

  This place is unhygienic.. they don't worry about Covid rules and wearing of masks. Many times I have been there and customers and staff members are not wearing masks and breathing germs all over there baked goods.
  Won't be making this mistake anymore ...
  Will not be returning.

  Hat guy on the counter today at the Brookvale outpost was one of the rudest servers I’ve come across. Felt like it was a chore for him to even greet me. Do better at hiring service staff.

  First time here, baked good look delicious. I bought an oat mocha.. so I expected a
  good coffee... Didn't get that. Tasted like they didnt add any coffee, or chocolate and just gave me hot oat milk. Might be back for a crossaint but not coffee.
