  One of the best clinic I ever been to, Doctor Louis is very professional and friendly, also there is no gap fee on normal working hours during the week for who don’t have Medicare yet which is excellent.

  We have always had a positive experience at MyHealth Warringah Mall. The doctors are caring and take the time to listen to our health concerns. It's also convenient to use the pathology services on site if needed. We appreciate the care services provided at the centre. Thank you

  The My Health manager Rachel was very helpful and provided good customer care.The front desk team Natash and Thomas were very nice and friendly. Even though there is a gap free, the service provided by the doctors was excellent. Definitely worth the money and I would certainly be coming here again.

  Called and booked an appointment a few days ago to get my yellow fever vaccination and was told total cost was $110. I go in today and was asked to wear a mask (no problems) one of the girls behind the counter repeatedly took her mask off to have a chat with the other girl. My appointment was for 3pm, I got there 20 mins early and there was only 1 other person waiting. They got seen and left quite quickly and at about 3:15 the girl who kept taking her mask off called me to the counter to ask of I knew of the $30 fee to help with the clinics running costs. I explained to her what I was there for and the price they quoted me and that I would not be paying an extra $30. I think it's extremely poor business to spring any type of added fee on a customer after already quoting the total price. I won't be going back to that place and if you are going to call them make sure you ask for their hidden fees.

  Have never had issues here before but after getting charged $70 for a 5 minute consult in which I was told that despite feeling sick for over a week and having noticeable physical symptoms the only recommendation he could give was some lozenges from the chemist….. can’t say I’d recommend this clinic to anyone. Kind of criminal. Not sure how a doctor can feel good about charging for such a shocking level of service. Was also not informed prior to the appointment at all about the charge as seems they have just recently changed from a bulk billing practice
