  I've contacted Gravity for an old sciatica that prevented me from sleeping. Josh has been super helpful and gave me some daily slow stretching to practice. Thanks for your patience! Feeling way better!

  I had to stop running for over a year due to hip pain. I saw multiple different physios but never saw much of an improvement. I was recommended Josh by a friend and from the beginning he was much more thorough and identified so many issues other physios missed. I just finished the city to surf with a PB and no hip pain. He's a legend!! Thanks Josh

  I went to see Josh due to a fantastic recommendation. One visit took me from pain so bad in my lower back I could hardly move to amazing pain relief. A few weekly visits and following his exercise regime have strengthened my back tremendously. I can't recommend Josh highly enough.

  Josh is a highly experienced and knowledgeable physio. Having struggled with on ongoing knee issue, he quickly diagnosed the problem and designed a program that helped me get back on the field playing soccer again.

  Have had a stiff/sore neck for a few years, finally had enough of it and went in and saw Josh at gravity physio. He was able to get me in almost immediately, took extra time to listen to my dramas and explain exactly what he was going to do. After a couple sessions, my neck hasn't been this free in years. Highly recommend
